Training agreement and conditions
IMFND relies on providing integrated content in teaching, and the training team works to provide the same quality provided in teaching any subject depending on the lecturer’s differences over the duration of the course and with different courses in accordance with imfnd standards, and therefore:
• The choice of lecturer is the responsibility of the training body only, and it is not possible to request attendance with a specific lecturer in any subject.
• It is not allowed to take the lecturer’s personal data, such as his phone number or his personal account on social media.
• It is not permissible to submit a job offer to one of the lecturers or the training team without obtaining the company’s approval.
• An evaluation is made by the lecturer to determine the extent of the trainee’s acceptance and comprehension of the material presented and his commitment to the lecture, and the necessary suggestions are presented in the event that there is a reason that hinders achieving the goal to be achieved from the material.
The course and the extent of the trainee’s ability to complete the course to obtain the maximum benefit, nominate other suitable courses, or cancel the course.
• You must adhere to exam dates and interact with the lecturer to avoid canceling the course.
• The training team communicates with the trainees to ensure that the trainee obtains the practical and scientific value. -The company accepts a refund of fees and cancellation of the course by the trainee in the following cases :
1- The full amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days of payment or 7 days before the start of attendance, whichever comes first.
2- In the case of payment through installments, the refund will be made within 15 working days, but in the case of paying in full, the refund will be within 5 days.
3- In the event of a request to cancel the item two working days before its start date, only 50% of the item’s value will be refunded.
Cases where the course value is not refundable :
1- Request to cancel the item or refund its value 24 hours before its start date.
2- When starting a subject or partially attending it.
3- In the case of registering for the diploma, fees are not refunded in the event of attendance in a subject or part of it, and a partial refund is not accepted.
4- Violating the terms and conditions of providing the service or in the event of a violation of the rules and conditions.
5- Failure to attend the training and failure to inform in advance of his desire to postpone the dates specified for it.
6- If a discount is applied to a group of courses and one course is canceled, the discount on the remaining courses, if any, will be revoke
-The course is completed in full to obtain the certificate and graduate with the current course.
-If a course is postponed, the certificate will be obtained after the trainee attends the postponed course.
-Passing the tests with a grade of B or higher and not exceeding the permitted percentage of absence.
-In the event that the trainee is unable to complete the course, the trainee will be given separate certificates for each subject separately.
