Key Responsibilities 


1. Training & Student Support:

- Coordinate training schedules and communicate session details with students and instructors.

- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and progress reports.

- Assist with enrollment, onboarding new students, and answering inquiries.

- Prepare training materials, certificates, and reports as required.

2. Office & Academy Administration:

- Handle day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.

- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and logistics.

- Organize and maintain records of training programs, contracts, and invoices.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

3. Communication & Coordination:

- Act as the main point of contact between students, trainers, and the academy.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

- Ensure timely communication through emails, WhatsApp groups, and official channels.

4. Marketing & Event Support:

- Assist the marketing team with social media updates related to training programs.

- Support event planning for workshops, open days, and graduation ceremonies.

- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to update course schedules on the website.
